I've been screwed by Sprint. Any suggestions for what to do?
About two months ago, a person who sells Sprint called me on my cell and I said I could add a third line for free and reduced my monthly bill. I told him that only two people in my house, I do not need another line. The lady said just get the phone and use it for a place in back that will get you on a family plan, reduce your bill, and will not cost anything. I was on agreement and now I have monthly bill for additional stupid line. I called them told them I lied and charged me $ 9.99 per month for a row now that I do not need. They said that although there is nothing we can do about it, it was a misunderstanding of our sales person is $ 9.99 per month or $ 200 for an end to this line. I am very angry and would like to change the service today. But it would cost $ 200 per 3 lines. All suggestions of what you can do to fight this?
Sue. Sprint is pretty bad things. This is a fraud. The company can say "did not know they would be distorted," but can not avoid reponsibility for did not know the actions of their agents were effective, the case is the precedent of people displaced in sometown where it was known that the plant would close advance and the company has given them more time contracts, I'll look later. You have grounds for legal action, and I want to go ahead and consult a lawyer (Be sure to follow for court costs and legal fees being).
